Bea

Hi, I'm Bea, and I offer trauma-aware EFT and body-led sessions for women who feel stuck, burnt out or overwhelmed.

Using gentle acupressure tapping and nervous system regulation, we help the body safely release stored emotional stress.

1:1 EFT & Body-Led Therapy

There are seasons where you look fine on the outside, but inside you feel wired, exhausted, reactive or just quietly not yourself. You might be functioning well, working, parenting, holding everything together, but your body never fully switches off. Your chest feels tight. Your jaw aches. You overthink at night. You reach for food, distraction, control. You tell yourself you’re “fine,” but something underneath knows you’re carrying more than you should.

These sessions are for that space.

I offer one-to-one EFT and body-led therapy for women who are ready to gently shift what their nervous system has been holding onto. This work is trauma-aware, grounded and practical. It isn’t about endlessly retelling your story or being told to “think positive.” It’s about helping your body feel safe enough to let go of the emotional charge that’s still sitting there.

EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique) uses light tapping on specific acupressure points while we bring attention to a feeling, memory or pattern. When done correctly, this helps regulate the nervous system and reduce the intensity of stress, anxiety or trauma responses. We’re not forcing anything out. We’re allowing your system to process what it didn’t get to process at the time.

Alongside tapping, we pay close attention to the body. Where does the feeling sit? Does it move? Does it soften? Tighten? Your body is constantly communicating, and most of us were never taught how to listen. Trauma doesn’t just live in thoughts it lives in muscle tension, breath patterns, posture, digestion, and sleep. When the body feels safer, your reactions change. Your decisions change. Your self-talk shifts without having to fight it.

This can support anxiety, panic, burnout, emotional eating, relational trauma, abuse recovery, visibility blocks, self-worth wounds and that underlying sense of being constantly “on edge.” It can also support women who are high-functioning but deeply tired.

Sessions move at your pace. You remain in control throughout. We don’t dive into anything you’re not ready for. Sometimes the work feels emotional. Sometimes it feels surprisingly calm. Often, there’s a moment where you notice your body has gone quiet in a way it hasn’t for years. That quiet isn’t numbness, it’s regulation.

You don’t need to have the right words. You don’t need to understand every layer of your past. You don’t even need to know exactly what the issue is. You just need a willingness to sit down, slow down, and let your body be part of the conversation instead of something you override.

This isn’t about fixing you. You’re not broken.

It’s about helping your nervous system stop reacting like the danger is still happening.

And when that shifts, everything else starts to feel different.
