FAQ's
What is BWB The Collective?
BWB The Collective is a women’s wellbeing community based in Leicestershire, offering Pilates, yoga, workshops and community experiences designed to help women connect, move and take time for themselves.
It is a welcoming space for women of all ages and stages of lifew hether you’re looking for a new routine, friendship, or a moment to focus on your wellbeing.
Alongside our community sessions, we also offer The Space Between, a low-cost therapy service for women who may need additional one-to-one support.
What should I wear to Pilates/Yoga/Sound Baths?
For Pilates and Yoga wear something comfortable that you can move in easily. Leggings, a vest top, t-shirt or fitted activewear all work well. We recommend avoiding anything too loose so you can move freely and safely. For sound baths wear whatever is most comfortable for you to relax in.
Do I need to bring anything with me?
Just bring a water bottle and yourself. If you prefer to use your own yoga mat, feel free to bring it along but mats are provided.
How early should I arrive?
Arriving 5–10 minutes before the session is perfect. It gives you time to settle in without feeling rushed.
What if I have an injury or health condition?
Please let the instructor know before the session starts so they can offer modifications where needed. If you’re unsure, you may wish to check with your GP before attending.
Can I come on my own?
Yes many people do. Our sessions are a great way to meet others, and you’ll always be welcomed in.
What happens if I can’t make it?
We'll send you a reminder email before your class. If you need to reschedule, you can do this yourself using the link in your reminder email up to 24 hours before your class starts. Unfortunately, we can't transfer bookings within 24 hours
