After Dark: R&B Yoga 6.30pm

Service Description

A colourful, feel-good Friday night yoga class with R&B playing, lights down and absolutely no need to take yourself too seriously. Expect flowing movement, juicy stretches, good music and plenty of personality. Come in your PJs, your brightest neon bits, or whatever makes you feel ridiculously comfy we're shaking off the week and heading into the weekend feeling good. No experience needed, all equipment is provided, just come as you are. Love the After Dark vibe?
