about us
THE COLLECTIVE
BWB The Collective is a registered Community Interest Company (CIC) dedicated to bringing women across Leicestershire together through wellbeing, connection and community.
As a not-for-profit organisation, everything we do is reinvested into creating welcoming, accessible spaces where women can move, connect, recharge and grow. Through movement, sound healing, workshops and community-led experiences, we support women to prioritise their wellbeing, build meaningful relationships and feel part of something bigger.
Whether you're looking for friendship, personal growth, a moment to yourself, or extra support through life's challenges, BWB is a space where you're welcome.
Because sometimes the most powerful support begins with simply showing up and finding your people.

Bea
BWB The Collective was inspired by my own journey through life's challenges and the power of finding support, connection and community when I needed it most.
That experience showed me how much women benefit from having spaces where they can simply be themselves—whether they're navigating a difficult season, rebuilding their confidence, looking for new friendships, or just wanting time to reconnect with who they are beyond work, family and everyday responsibilities.
BWB was created to offer exactly that: a welcoming community where women can move, connect, learn and grow together. Through wellbeing experiences, meaningful conversations and shared moments, we're creating a space where every woman feels seen, supported and part of something bigger.
Because sometimes the greatest transformation doesn't come from having all the answers—it comes from finding the right people to walk alongside you.
The Collective We’re Weaving
BWB The Collective is built on collaboration, not hierarchy.
We work alongside experienced practitioners, counsellors, facilitators and wellbeing professionals, each bringing their own expertise, compassion and unique perspective.
Together, we create welcoming experiences that encourage connection, self-discovery and personal growth through movement, conversation and shared community.
Whether you're here to recharge, build new friendships, explore your wellbeing or simply take time for yourself, you'll always be met with warmth, respect and a sense of belonging.
Because every woman deserves a space where she feels welcome, supported and free to be herself.
