Cancellation Policy
When you book a session, you’re making a commitment to yourself and we really honour that. Because our spaces are small and carefully held, all bookings are non-refundable and non-cancellable. If life shifts, you’re very welcome to transfer your booking to another date with at least 24 hours’ notice. Changes within 24 hours, or not attending on the day, can’t be moved or credited. Thank you for respecting this it helps us keep the space consistent, supportive, and available for those who need it. If you’re unsure whether a session feels right, you’re always welcome to check in or reach out 💛
