Service Description
Book in an initial chat prior to booking an appointment to explore what our work together might look like, discover how I may best support you, and to see if we'd be the right fit for one another. PLEASE NOTE: If my calendar booking availability does not align with when suits you, reach out to me directly, at ria@rlwcounselling.co.uk and we'll be able to book a time that works for you.
Cancellation Policy
When you book a session, you’re making a commitment to yourself, and we really honour that. Because our spaces are small and carefully held, all bookings are non-refundable and non-cancellable. If life shifts, you’re very welcome to transfer your booking to another date with at least 48 hours’ notice; this can be done via your confirmation email or by logging into your client portal. Changes within 48 hours, or not attending on the day, can’t be moved or credited. Thank you for respecting this; it helps us keep the space consistent, supportive, and available for those who need it. If you’re unsure whether a session feels right, you’re always welcome to check in or reach out 💛
