About the event
Cacao Despacho Sound Ceremony
Living in gratitude & ceremony
Saturday 7th November · 5:00–7:30pm
Held by Harmonic Health - their workshop, our lovely space.
As the evenings get darker and the year begins to wind down, it can be lovely to take a step back, slow things down and spend a little time just being.
This is an evening of gentle movement, breathing, cacao, sound and reflection. It's a chance to pause from everyday life, reflect on everything the year has brought and think about what you’d like to carry with you into the year ahead.
