Our last Wellness Day was such a lovely day that obviously we had to do another one 😂
But I don’t want this to be one of those fairs where you walk around, buy a candle and go home.
Come in, grab a drink, have a mooch, try a class you’d never normally book, eat something good, meet people, shop with some gorgeous small businesses, book a treatment and actually see what’s going on inside our new hub.

come and try after dark r&b yoga — yoga with the lights down, the r&b turned up and absolutely no need to take yourself too seriously. expect a playful flow, a little freedom to move and a very different kind of yoga class. beginners very welcome.

come and try aerial pilates — pilates in a hammock, with the r&b turned up. expect a full-body workout using the hammock for support and resistance, plenty of core and pelvic floor work, a few wobbles and lots of laughs. completely beginner-friendly.
