Womb-Led Feminine Cacao Ceremony, Dance & Breathwork

Wild Woman Cacao Ceremony, Dance, & Breathwork Journey

Held by - Return To Her Paula Nogaj - their workshop, our lovely space.

A powerful womb-led feminine journey focused on reconnecting with yourself through movement, sound, breath, and presence.

We begin by gathering in a circle , creating space to slow down, soften, and gently arrive in the body before moving into an evening of wild woman dance and breathwork.

This is a space to safely feel, release, soften, and reconnect with the emotions and experiences we so often carry within us, with acceptance, acknowledgement, and without judgment.

Through breath, intuitive movement, dance, and presence, we'll explore bringing more joy, freedom, softness, and aliveness back into the body.
