Wild Woman Dance, Cacao & Breathwork Journey

A powerful womb-led feminine journey focused on reconnecting with yourself through cacao, movement, sound, breath, and presence.

We begin by gathering in a circle and sharing ceremonial cacao, creating space to slow down, soften, and gently arrive in the body before moving into an evening of wild woman dance and breathwork.

This is a space to safely feel, release, soften, and reconnect with the emotions and experiences we so often carry within us, with acceptance, acknowledgement, and without judgment.

Through cacao, breath, intuitive movement, dance, and presence, we'll explore bringing more joy, freedom, softness, and aliveness back into the body.

Expect wild, freeing movement designed to loosen the body, shake off the heaviness of day-to-day life, and help you reconnect with the parts of yourself that can become buried beneath stress, responsibility, and routine.
