Stretch, Strengthen, Invert & Have a Little Fun If you've ever wanted to try aerial yoga but worried you'd be expected to fling yourself around the room, this class is for you. Using suspended hammocks, we'll explore beginner-friendly aerial yoga in a way that feels supportive, accessible, and genuinely enjoyable. Expect deep stretches, gentle inversions, core activation, balance work, and those little "I didn't know my body could do that" moments. The pace is still calm and well-guided, but with a little more playfulness woven in. Think old-school R&B, a few giggles, getting upside down safely, and leaving feeling stronger, longer, and lighter than when you arrived. Prefer something even gentler? Alongside this class, we also offer a monthly Gentle Aerial Yoga session, focusing on low-hammock stretches, relaxation, mobility, and nervous system support. When you book a session, you’re making a commitment to yourself and we really honour that. Because our spaces are small and carefully held, all bookings are non-refundable and non-cancellable. If life shifts, you’re very welcome to transfer your booking to another date with at least 24 hours’ notice. Changes within 24 hours, or not attending on the day, can’t be moved or credited.
