Service Description
A gentle weekly yoga class designed specifically for those living with fibromyalgia. The focus is on easing stiffness, reducing tension, and helping your body feel a little more manageable, without pushing, overdoing it, or feeling like you have to keep up. Every class is slow, adaptable, and led with an understanding of fluctuating pain, fatigue, and energy levels. You'll be guided through gentle movement, breathwork, and rest, with plenty of options to suit how your body feels on the day. There's no pressure to perform here. Just a welcoming space to move, learn what works for your body, and be around people who genuinely understand. No experience needed, all equipment is provided, just come as you are. Cancellation Policy
When you book a session, you’re making a commitment to yourself and we really honour that. Because our spaces are small and carefully held, all bookings are non-refundable and non-cancellable. If life shifts, you’re very welcome to transfer your booking to another date with at least 24 hours’ notice. Changes within 24 hours, or not attending on the day, can’t be moved or credited. Thank you for respecting this it helps us keep the space consistent, supportive, and available for those who need it.
