Service Description

An 8-Week Fully Funded Pregnancy Wellbeing Programme Pregnancy can be beautiful, exciting, overwhelming, lonely, exhausting and sometimes all within the same hour. This fully funded 8-week programme has been created to give you a space to slow down, breathe and reconnect with yourself before baby arrives. Each weekly session blends gentle pregnancy-safe yoga with supportive wellbeing practices designed to help calm the nervous system, ease emotional overwhelm and prepare both body and mind for birth and motherhood. Across the 8 weeks we’ll explore a mixture of supportive modalities including: • Gentle Prepartum Yoga • Breathwork and Nervous System Regulation • EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique) • Guided Journalling and Reflection • Mini Sound Bath Experiences • Relaxation Techniques • Birthing Preparation and Grounding Tips • Rest, Connection and Honest Conversation This is not about having everything figured out. You do not need to arrive calm, organised or “doing pregnancy perfectly.” Some weeks you may feel emotional. Some weeks exhausted. Some weeks excited. All versions of you are welcome here. The sessions are designed to feel supportive, relaxed and real a space where you can connect with other mums-to-be without pressure or expectation. No previous yoga experience is needed and everything is optional throughout. No experience needed, all equipment is provided, just come as you are. As this is a small, funded programme, we ask that you’re able to commit to the full 8 weeks. Perfect for those booking upto 30 weeks pregnant (to try and get the most out of the 8 sessions)

Cancellation Policy

When you book a session, you’re making a commitment to yourself and we really honour that. Because our spaces are small and carefully held, all bookings are non-refundable and non-cancellable. If life shifts, you’re very welcome to transfer your booking to another date with at least 24 hours’ notice. Changes within 24 hours, or not attending on the day, can’t be moved or credited. Thank you for respecting this it helps us keep the space consistent, supportive, and available for those who need it.
