Hammock Sound Bath
Deep rest for busy minds, held in sound and gentle suspension.
Service Description
When everything feels loud or a bit too much, this session offers a place to properly slow down. Perfect if you struggle to relax, feel constantly on edge, or just need a proper pause. Everything is provided: mats, blankets, and eye masks so you can just arrive and settle in. Sound, stillness, and space for your body to soften and switch off. This is a deeply restful sound bath with guided meditation, available on the floor or in a supportive hammock. Floor spaces are included in the ticket price, with the option to upgrade to a hammock at checkout if you’d like to float. Please note: this session is not suitable during the first trimester of pregnancy. Financially supported spaces available We keep a couple of spaces in every class for anyone who might need it. For every full-paying ticket, we slowly build a pot that allows someone else to come along without worrying about the cost. No big announcements, no hoops to jump through, just people supporting people. If you’re in a place where paying for a class feels like a stretch right now, you’re still welcome here. Just reach out, and we’ll sort it quietly.
