The Space Between is home to a small, carefully selected group of professionals, including therapists, counsellors, and body-based practitioners such as acupuncturists and sports massage therapists.

This isn’t a one-track service. We offer a mix of talking therapies and physical, body-led support, because sometimes words help… and sometimes your body needs a say too.

Access to therapy is still shaped too much by money and waiting times.

For many people, support comes late or not at all.

We’re not powered by big grants or glossy sponsors. What we do have is a strong community and a belief that access shouldn’t depend on circumstance. So we’re inviting businesses, professionals, and individuals to contribute to a shared fund that helps cover therapy sessions for those who would otherwise miss out.

 

Each year, we work alongside organisations already supporting people through complex, everyday realities. Together, we help create steadier access to care — practical, respectful, and rooted in real life.
