A full-body Pilates class to build strength, tone, and control without losing that calm, connected feel. Expect slow, intentional movement, deep core work, and that kind of burn where you know it’s working, while still leaving you feeling grounded. Michelle specialises in pelvic floor, so you’ll find little bits of this woven into each class… because let’s be honest, most of us could do with a bit of extra support in that area, I know I certainly could! Led in a supportive, non-intimidating way, focused on helping you feel stronger and more confident in your body - all levels welcome. Financially supported spaces available We keep a couple of spaces in every class for anyone who might need it. For every full-paying ticket, we slowly build a pot that allows someone else to come along without worrying about the cost. No big announcements, no hoops to jump through, just people supporting people. If you’re in a place where paying for a class feels like a stretch right now, you’re still welcome here. Just reach out, and we’ll sort it quietly.

Cancellation Policy
When you book a session, you’re making a commitment to yourself and we really honour that. Because our spaces are small and carefully held, all bookings are non-refundable and non-cancellable. If life shifts, you’re very welcome to transfer your booking to another date with at least 24 hours’ notice. Changes within 24 hours, or not attending on the day, can’t be moved or credited. Thank you for respecting this it helps us keep the space consistent, supportive, and available for those who need it.
