At BWB The Collective, we believe that no one should go without warmth, connection, or care. Our Pay-It-Forward Hot Meal Project is a community-led initiative designed to provide freshly prepared, nutritious meals to two of our most vulnerable groups: elderly individuals who can no longer cook for themselves, and those facing severe mental health struggles who may be isolated or overwhelmed by daily tasks.
These aren’t just meals—they are moments of dignity, support, and human connection. For someone struggling to get out of bed, or someone too frail to cook, a warm meal delivered to their door can be the difference between feeling forgotten and feeling seen.

We’re proud to use locally sourced ingredients wherever possible, supporting nearby growers, makers, and small businesses. Every dish reflects the care of our community, from the soil it came from to the hands that prepare it.
We’re currently raising funds to equip our café kitchen to make this possible—investing in tools and storage solutions that allow us to prepare, portion, and deliver meals safely and efficiently.
Every pound donated helps us move closer to offering:
-
A weekly lifeline of nourishment and care
-
Subsidised or free meals for those in need
-
A chance for the community to come together and give back
You can support this project by joining our Warm Heart Meal Sponsor Membership for £16.66/month. This covers the cost of four meals for someone who needs it most.
We’re currently raising funds to buy the essential equipment and tools needed to bring this project to life—from prep tables and storage to cooking appliances. Crowd funding. - BEA LINK HERE
Every contribution, big or small, helps us create a space where local hands can cook for local hearts.
You’ll be part of something meaningful—and you can cancel anytime, no questions asked.
Every donation goes directly into serving our local community—not profit.
THE DIFFERENCE IT COULD MAKE…

My mum’s 84 and lives alone. Some days, she just eats toast because she’s too tired to cook. A hot, homemade meal delivered to her door would mean everything

I’m trying to manage my depression, but cooking feels impossible most days. Knowing someone cared enough to make a meal for me… that would lift a huge weight

This would give my dad his dignity back. He used to be a great cook before his stroke. Now, a warm meal would bring him comfort—and remind him he’s not forgotten
